3. Account Management
3.1 Login Security
It is the user's responsibility to keep their account username and password completely confidential. Allowing others to access the account or sharing login details is prohibited. If unauthorized access is suspected, contact the support team immediately.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Betting or playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
- Colluding with other users to take advantage of bonuses
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
- Misrepresenting 999bet or deceiving others
3.3 Multiple Devices
An account may be used to log in from any device — mobile, tablet, or computer. However, active sessions from multiple devices at the same time may be restricted.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Accepted deposit methods on 999bet are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time
The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal request to be approved:
- Full account verification (KYC) must be completed
- Wagering requirements on any active bonus must be fulfilled

5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; the total wagering required to use this bonus is ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
When any bonus is accepted, funds earned from that bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Once the wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount is fulfilled, the balance will convert to withdrawable funds.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses may only be used for your own betting — they cannot be transferred to others
- Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time; check the rules of the specific promotion
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled
- 999bet reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion
5.4 VIP Program
Active members are automatically enrolled in the VIP program. There are four tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; and Platinum — up to 1.2%. Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses. Example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Placing Bets
Placing a bet on 999bet means agreeing to the terms of that bet. Once a bet is confirmed, cancellation or changes are generally not possible, though exceptions may apply in specific cases (such as event cancellation).
6.2 Odds and Results
Displayed odds may change at any time. The odds applicable at the moment a bet is placed are final. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 999bet reserves the right to cancel that bet.
6.3 Fairness of Game Results
Casino game and slot results are determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Live casino game results are managed by live dealers. There is no possibility of manipulation in game results.
6.4 Restricted Markets
Some betting markets may be closed at certain times. In-play betting updates in real time as the match progresses and may be suspended at any moment.
7. Responsible Gaming
999bet believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a means of earning a living. Users of the platform are always advised to bet within their own means.

9.2 Closure Request by the User

11. Changes to Terms
